gnome-flashback-common software package provides GNOME Flashback application - common data files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-flashback-common
gnome-flashback-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-flashback-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-flashback-common *
You will get with gnome-flashback-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
